City Chevrolet

My adviser Lupe is an angel. I was looking for a place to service my 1997 Saturn, used Yelp to find City Chevrolet. Called and Lupe answered, was able to fit me in right away. She was friendly, helpful and the service department was able to work on my Saturn right away. What is more impressive is this is a very honest dealership, diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg, The Saturn could not start, and we had to jump start and charged the battery every time. I thought it might be the charging system (alternator, etc.) yet they performed diagnosis, checked out the charging system, the battery and found a loose connection as THE problem,. Fixed it and only charged me $49.

The service advisers are great, the service technicians are very competent and I will bring my Saturn to them for service from now on and highly recommend the place to others
