I didn't have an appointment, just came in to get an oil change on my 2006 Chevy Colorado on my wat to work. I am heading out of town & needed to make sure my truck was ready for the trip. They got me in & out, with a complete inspection, topped off fluids & tires inflated, ready for my trip. Bill is always courteous & friendly and takes the time to go over everything, letting me know what services might be needed next. Very pleased with the service at City Chevrolet.

I;m the proud owner of a '99 Chevy suburban.Recently my engine needed to be replaced while I was under going a major hospital stay.Lupe in Chevy service was the only service writer of all the dealerships to type up a written estimate for my suburban to be repaired and was willing to start and complete the work without submitting a major cash deposit before starting while I was still hospitalized.I'm forever grateful to the kindness and experience all City Chevrolet's personnel have shown me since then. Since then I'm proud to bring my car for service with them and they've always been on top of any situation that may arise with my car.I do recommend there service department and there writers as well. My 2002 ZO6 Corvette was brought in for its annual oil change and some other preventive maintenance service, including parking brake adjustment and a slow leak in the right rear tire. My service writer, Mike Kennedy handled my request quickly and efficiently, and kept me informed as to progress, especially since I will need to have all four tires replaced, due to age and wear. Tires for this Corvette are hard to obtain, however Mike and Dennis (technician) found a dealer and the tires are on the way. The technician who did the parking brake adjustment (forgot his name) was very helpful in pointing out the repair items needing to be performed. I continue to frequent City Chevrolet because of the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank-you. David Ming.
